Hugh Riddle has more than 40 years of experience in the finance sector with expert knowledge in insurance, commodities international exchange, bank securities trading, and international fund structuring with an emphasis on compliance and securitizing practices. Hugh brings to the humanitarian work of the QLF an active global network which includes some of the largest financial institutions in the world.

Rafael Legaria is an expert in strategic planning in International Development and has more than 40 years of professional experience in over 70 countries. With a wide multi-disciplinary knowledge base, Rafael has dedicated more than a decade to developing a multi-sectoral approach aimed at resolving global poverty. Rafael has formed an expansive network of professionals from around the world committed to the creation of global scale ethical business structures.

Howard Lamar spent a life time creating works of art to enrich the human experience of viewers and collectors by expressing joy, celebration of life, and love. Recognizing a trend offered by the growing monetization of works of art, Howard realized that his art could be effectively used to assist people in concrete and profoundly impactful ways economically, and began dually focusing on both creating art and humanitarian work.

Em Lamar brings a life-time personal commitment to humanitarian work, and leads the development of the powerfully artistic legacy of Howard Lamar Fine Art. Em facilitates the converting of art into viable collateral to create liquid assets for humanitarian work. Em continues to develop new business models for art and for artists, with a focus on the promotion of artistic creativity as a potential source of income for the poor of the world.

Adam Miles is an international business professional and social impact leader. For 20 years he simultaneously advised venture capital funds around the world, and started his own humanitarian venture helping reunite African families using soccer as a way to engage and inspire refugee youth. It is on this foundation that Adam has now dedicated the rest of his life to making a dent in the real causes of poverty and to helping millions find better paths forward with novel, sustainable solutions.
