The Quantum Legacy Foundation:

• Maximizes the productivity and services of the poor by working with them from start-up to self-sufficiency in an integrated manner.
  
• Will be directed by an International Board of Advisors, with well-known sector experts and moral leaders, setting up strategies and approving projects. 
  
• Achieves greater and faster impact by collaborating with successful existing socio-economic organizations such as NGO’s, cooperatives and credit unions.
  
• Enhances the poor’s growth and development by providing constant top professional support and streamlining the provision of resources while establishing full value-added chains via ethical channels. 
  
• Generates large funding via win/win deals with humanitarian capitalists looking for safe and meaningful investments in the enterprises of the poor.
  
• Works in partnerships with the poor guaranteeing their participation as majority shareholders under just terms and with long-term security. 
  
• Initiates its development activities with well-studied and planned small-scale projects with high strategic potential for self-sufficiency and replicability.
